This User Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy” or “Policy”) was last updated on 10 January 2025. It is effective immediately for all new Vivid Financial Pty Ltd users, pre-existing Vivid Financial Pty Ltd users, all Vivid staff and contractors using any Vivid system.
This Privacy Policy explains Vivid Financial Pty Ltd’s privacy and information practices for its website, customer relationship management systems, mobile applications (together, “Online Services”) and properties. When referring to ‘you’ we are referring to Vivid staff, clients and prospective clients who have enquired with Vivid, guests, contractors and appointed agents.

We collect information from you when you use our Online Services or visit the Vivid Financial office. Please note that Employee Records are exempt from APP and Privacy Laws; however, Vivid will only provide access to approved members of staff and registered bodies upon request.

When using our Online Services, you may provide information directly, such as by filling out a form, completing a “contact us” query or signing up for newsletters or other communications. Additionally, you may choose to provide your location when using a Vivid Financial Pty Ltd Online Service.
